What was your first involvement with the MRUSA Organization?
“1991 was the first year the committee hired MRUSA Lorraine Keogh to come to Pauls Valley. Jerry was President of the Pauls Valley Roundup Club and voted to hire the queen each year to promote the rodeo.”
What is your favorite MRUSA memory?
“Each year Jerry escorted the queen to live remotes with radio stations and television interviews. Marjon Brady(2000) together with local queens and princesses brought a crown for jerry and crowned him ‘Mr. Rodeo King’ for the day!”
How have you benefited from being a sponsor?
“Each year that we’ve given the diamond horseshoe ring it helps promote our business just by their appreciation and excitement over receiving the ring.”
